It looks like you can also buy the AdamEve wand attachments which are interchangeable with the Hitachi (same size head), but the Buddy is the pillow thingy.
The pillow will work with your acuvibe, though.
You could probably put a wash cloth or some linen napkins between the larger attachments to make them fit better. I just thought of that.
