Magic Wand
I used to have a Hitachi and loved it loved it loved it. The only "attachment" I used was my hand. If I wanted a probe, I cupped the ball with the palm of my hand and extended one or two fingers. Secondly, using your hand over the ball also reduces the intensity. You can massage the body using the outside edge of your hand or similar very nicely. I now have a different albeit similar type of vibrator that I do not like nearly as much.
I also had a Wahl "Coil" and it comes with all sorts of attachments. Google it.
Sorry, I can't give you any measurements; however, before you go out and spend money, try using your hand and see what results.
