I am well aware of STI/STD that can be transmitted this way, but for some reason or other when I first started oral sex 20 yrs ago at 16, I became totally obcessed with the taste of semen. During a 3sum my husband normally uses a condom (and he is the only one who penetrates my anus) , but a few times he did not and on ejaculation he withdraws and releases into my mouth. I have subsequently noticed that infection on my gums are starting to set in and we stopped immediately, sought medical advise and found that this type of penetrating anus (or vagina) and having loads of semen dumped after withdrawing into your mouth can cause serious infection.
Although I was treated and all infection cleared out once again, I still indulge in drinking semen almost daily, I try do it mostly with those mentioned and make sure that personal hygiene on their side is priority.
