I dont really understand how going forever can be unsatisfying unles you do not cum at all. You could always work it out so you go on for as long as she needs to and then stop and have her go down on you.

Or why dont you try entering and then wait there for a minute, kiss and such, then start thrusting. Perhaps that will even everything out.
