The last thing a deceased spouse or one who you divorced and cares for you, would NEVER wish you to spend a life alone recapturing "what once was". Any person who truly loves another wishes the party left behind nothing but the best! There is love to be found--you just have to allow it in! And it is never the same nor is there a competition of who you loved most since you love each so differently!
Reminds me of the song "My Immortal"...
