Much agree w/Ducy...only you know what gets you going....have him stimulate other areas, try new ideas which might turn you on, stop worrying about it [makes it near impossible], tell him exactly what you want & when [if he is fun], focus on feeling good, let all other thoughts go...

Any changes in meds? Taking any? New BCP? Look at that too...I know post-op, pain meds made it near impossible for me ...went to Motrin real fast; and I know---I was not supposed to be having sex either.

Creams? Never seemed to have worked to me--tried to see if they did something special. Might as well put a peppermint there! Be certain you have enough lube. If it keeps up and you have decreased libido, look at the relationship, any issues, then seek a doc.
