This is roughly equivalent to the male interest in prostitutes. You get the sex without the relationship headaches. As one punter said, you pay the prostitute to leave. Men being somewhat simpler, can do without the "entertainment & companionship" and just get their sex and she leaves. Similar, though definitely not identical, to what single women are looking for going after married men. Maybe I'm totally off base, but I see similarities here....

Maybe. Never thought of it that way. Only difference is there is dollar/cash transferred--paying for a service.
