I too have had my battles over weight and have even been asked if pregnant when I wasn't. I followed the age old dictum: eat less and do more.
Excess weight and diabetes runs rampant in my family. Having seen the damage caused by that dread disease/condition, I made sure that I would not be its next victum.
Next to sex done my way, the best exercise is - walking. 30 minutes. Twice a day.
