Self defense tactics do not work well for women even with such courses of use of body force; my ex was a self defensive instructor for the Academy--what good does that do me??? Know how to "lock & load" and how to be an expert shooter for target practice--generally revolvers work better for women then semi's. Yes, assuming they have a permit. Also shot guns work well at home!!! One shot is all you need & better make it count; otherwise, you may become the victim.
