any advice or thoughts would be great. since my m/c in may last yr i have started having a period again ( havent had them in 8 yrs on own due to polycystic ovaries) My period thou has been really heavy and lasting anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. i recently had a ultrasound done and this is what the findinds say.

there is endometrail thickening noted (1.3cm) with small cysts demonstrated. this appreance is highly suggestive for underlying endometrail hyperplasia.

can anyone tell me what that means or what it is. is this seriuos or can it be treated?
