It sort of difficult to find on yourself. The angle and the feeling of the spot is difficult to differentiate. Best I can say it has a slight ridged feeling somewhat like a washboard and is small about 2 knuckles in anteriorly (towards the belly button). When excited it will feel slightly spongy.
