For some reason; I thought he was talking about shaving his face...don't know why. Electric razors on men do not get close as the good ones (bladed); my ex used to use the electric & it drove me nuts--5 o'clock shadow. He dry shaved his face once...using a blade & I had well, used it on my legs; needless to say he was annoyed with himself & I. I know the first few shavings (as a female) I tried the electric ones...hated them but seemed to be more gentle (tend to remind me of dog fur trimmers/clippers).
I would think on a man and his "parts" that triple spinning head would tend to grab spots/areas which would be less then pleasant...shower or bath first and use shaving cream...it softens the hair and makes it less painful. Just do not nick the tissue.
