I just replied to your other post. Here is the continuation of that discussion.

What part of sex makes you tired? Making out? Heavy breathing? Muscle tensing and stretching? Curling your toes? Holding your breath? Lying on your back? Assuming the (Woman superior) position either kneeling or squatting, or sitting upon him? Doing pelvic thrusts? Having orgasms? This may sound like I'm making fun of or light of your situation, although I really am not. These are serious queries. Knowing and understanding what causes you to become tired is the first step in finding a fix.

I don't want to make a mistake on sex which makes me a little mad about Health in school but I guess that can't teach you everything. But I only had Health Class one year.

Well from what kids have related here and to me personally, Sex Ed. is not all it's supposed to be, mainly because teachers and administrators and Board members are worried sick about parental reactions. Even before high school Sex Ed there were many Sex manuals available for sale and on library shelves. Shucks, there still are!

I don't think that was enough. I'm glad there is this site even if the people here are a little tough just saying no offense.

I know, some of us senior members have short fuses sometimes; although, if you look closer you know why. Newbes log on, jump in to ask a question without first reading the Board Notices section in order to learn how the site operates or to look for an answer either in threads or from among the Sticky posts. The other major thing that some of us become upset at is when we respond, ask for clarification and never hear back from the original poster, or, given good advice, s/he says they can't do it because of some excuse or other. Other than these few exceptions, people here are really nice! and we give of our time and talent in order to pay it forward, in a genuine desire to make life better for those coming up thru the ranks.

You know I should tell you I get nervous posting here because I feel like I might say something wrong and it makes me think of my age and it's not good.

Asked and answered. Wrong? Shucks, just state your question in the best way you can and sit back and wait for someone or more from around the globe to help. All any of us can do is to take what is written literally or read between the lines. So, we may take what has been written in the wrong way. Worrying about this is not worth the effort nor stop you from asking what may be a very important concern for you.

anyway, I better get in better shape then I am now to have sex.

Another way of looking at this is that sex in and of itself is pretty good exercise. One thing it will do for you is to make you break a sweat, and help condition muscles that are not used to moving or performing in a certain way.
