Depression can affect sexual performance AND the drugs for treating depression can affect it also.

No need (or good) to beat yourself up over it ... just enjoy what you feel like doing and know that things will return to normal as you get better! Don't sweat it!

I am speaking from personal experience here, so you can trust what I am saying.

Listen to your g/f, she is right on! Even if you can not achieve the erections you want right now, in the meantime there are lots of other things you can do to keep her (and you) fully satisfied! Don't dwell on the problem, work around it.

getting back to the original post... That happen to me once, i was having sex with my girlfriend after a complete ejaculation i realized that my erection was not going down like usual so i had sex again with my girl for like another 20 min and ejaculate again. That have never happened to me before and and i don't know why it happened that time, I would wish to know why it happen. My g/f was very happy that day .

About a guy's ability to stay active for longer durations, it's definitely no myth.  While with a partner, I've personally never felt comfortable enough to instruct her on how to keep me up (or even on what does/does not feel good), but while masturbating alone, I've maintained constant erections and reached many orgasms (maybe 10-12) over a period of 30 - 40 minutes.  Granted, the strength of the erection does fluctuate just a bit, and none of the successive orgasms match the grandiose eruption of the first (some of the later ones don't even produce noticable ejaculate), but they still feel awfully good.

The biggest myth is that guys can't have more than one.  We certainly can, and I'd have never known this without trying alone.  I'd definitely urge you to try it yourself before expecting anything from a partner - I've never been absolutely comfortable with even my closest gf, and without a partner you can focus on yourself rather than worrying about both you and her.  Best of luck!

i really don't know what to say...maybe you need to talk to her a lot, and maybe you can like...do things that you did before that you don't do now...even like places that you used to go, just to bring it back to you. and yes, you should go to the doctor for help with your depression...maybe therapy could help also. just don't do anythign crazy like kill yourself because that's not the way out. i hope things work out for you.

Rick ... you say you have clinical depression, but are not taking anything for it. i hope that is a doctor's conclusion, not a self-diagnosis based on something you read somewhere.

I didn't bother to read everyone's posts. Call me ADD. But I've multiple times without losing it, on occasion. For example, This one girl was so kinky I got off 4 times without stopping for a "rest." I do exercises called Kegels which strengthen the PC Muscle. When having sex i can perform the kegels and delay an explosion but have the orgasm is still there and when i finally do ejaculate its what i would call a mega orgasm.
