Curious - the vast majority of MFMs are NOT bisexual. The men stay on their own side of the woman and FOCUS upon the mission - which is pleasing her. Since there's not a lot fo room, incidental touching between males can be expected - just say "excuse me" and carry-on getting the mission accomplished. I'd say some CAREFULLY selected MFM pornography, if he's not against it, would be enlightening. You may also want to consult your local swing group.
