Guy, I talk to myself all the time. I mean I will sit there when Im bored and starte talking. Especially when I get stressed out. And the loss of desire. I mean I go throught the same thing too. All the time to be honest. Once a month, I lose my libido for like 2 maybe 3 days, and the worst was almost 2 weeks.
Relax, sleep, eat (healthy) and work out. Youll feel soooo much better.
