so I am with a guy who has MS. He is only 30, but he is getting very frustrated, because he can get hard, most of the time (takes cialis, when he cant), but cannot orgasim.
He gets frustrated that he can't get off with me and he can't get off very often on his own.
I want to help him out....any suggestions?
