Cook2b, hun get over the shy stuff. i was that way for years and can tell you i cheated myself. besides, men are visual creatures. most are very turned on by watching your 'assets' bounce and watching you really enjoy yourself. try the body worship thing. my hubby and i did and it was great. life's to short to waste it being shy. get naked and have fun!
