I just started using Nuvaring and I absolutly love it, I even downloaded the "nuvatime" install from the website which alerts you when its time to take out your ring and put in a new one. For me nuvaring has been perfect, I haven't had any problems.. but I do have a question. My boyfriend is still using condoms, it's been over a week since I have inserted my Nuvaring, but he is scared to not use the condoms. I know nuvaring has a 2 out of 100 rating, but still with correct use of nuvaring do we really need to still use condoms?
ps. Im completely new to birth control all together, nuvaring is my first birth control and I started using it about a week and a half ago.
