Depends on how well you know her. If you want to tell her, do it. But I would not. There are times when antibiotics or an infection can smell, well foul. You have to be comfortable with her and with what you tell her. To be blunt, I can smell Ampicillin in someones urine & at times other antibiotics excreted from the body but then I am used to the smell & "look" for it. I can generally smell strep in someones mouth--examining patients (and a whole host of other infections).
