Best case scenario: a man and a woman found each other and grow old together. Real life: too many other choices/temptations outside of a relationship. It's a free world, one can change his/her mind anytime, BUT since you are already in a relationship, you should respect your man/woman, be fair to him/her by ending one relationship before getting deep into another. So, no, cheating is NOT right.
Doesn't matter if it is a dating relationship or marriage, it is the heart of a person who you have once loved & cared. AFTER taking care of that, you can go satisfying your own.
