As for the woman touching herself during intercourse...and that making her partner feel "less than" ... if you're the guy, try not to be upset about that. I read a stat that said only something like 30 or 40% of women orgasm from vaginal penetration alone. If my lady started touching herself during sex, I'd be turned on that she felt comfortable enough to be totally INTIMATE with me! What a blessing. And as someone else said, why NOT have a double-stimulation orgasm? Your job is to please your partner however you can.

Another thought would be to tell them b4 intercourse that "I get really turned on during intercourse, and I like to touch myself...and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do." That way, it becomes more of a positive, turn-on type of thing. (It should be already, but some people don't get that.) You might also consider guiding your partner's fingers to your clit. My lady has done this a few times during intercourse and whoa it is such a turn-on!
