The gentleman who owned the tile store...gave me a nice discount (few thousand), cut some tile & delivered them, loaned me the tools for cutting with extra grout as well & he asked me out for dinner. He was interested in some fun; I appreciated his help and re-payed his generosity. Called the next day wanted to take me out on his boat...did not return his call, I had no real interest in him from the moment I met him. I guess I sold myself for a tile, damned it was a big order too! LOL!
I knew the game when I accepted, I tried to get the dinner tab as a thanks...he had long beat me to that one!
Why is that any different then being out for a drink, meeting someone, having a few too many with someone? Or dating someone a few times and giving in to their expectations? Does that make one a dirty little tramp? Doubt it.
It would not surprise me if many men also put themselves in similar situations...whole topic in itself...How about a man who gets a speeding ticket from a female officer who offers to help him out in return for a favor? Seen that one too...
