Me and hub have used orajel a few times and it does work quite well. At first it tastes a bit strong but a bit of water helps, and u get used to it. Both of us find it totally f'g hot when I can take it full length and hold it gently teasing it with my throat muscles and tongue. We get off from each other's reaction!
