As a practical matter an hour or so will not cause problems. But remember that if you go half an hour early one night and a half hour late the next, you have added an hour to the second day. I caution my patients when travelling across multiple time zones to work into the new schedule an houra day.
Consider that if you take a pill in Toronta and a day later in London, at the same time, you will have shortened the time between pill by six hours. OK, no big deal travelling East. Now, going back to Toronto, take a pill in London and the next night in Toronta at the same time and you will have thirty hours between pills.
We emphasize staying on schedule because so many (young) women are careless. If you forget a pill before bed, that adds eight hours between pills.
