By historical standards, all of today's pills are low dose. Some are lower than others. This is geared to body mass, doctor's preference, tolerance of the hormones. She will likely get away with being a few hours off but it is not a good practice. So many other things, such as diet, could be pushing the therapeutic level lowere. Ser is quite correct.
