Im a Moderator on a differnt forum
(car forum) and i could not imaging limiting our new members
Im sure this forum is alitte different then someothers simply due to its nature. I cant see why you would want to not allow a new member to make a post, since most will likly have been "lurkers" for a while before finaly signing up, and most sign up because the have a question or comment that they feel they need to get out.
