I actually use a variety of techniques so that it never gets boring for either of us. Some I'll start off with just a few licks right up and down and then do a little penetration with my tongue. Then after a little of that just move up into the middle. I'll suck on the lips a little and do some flicks around the clit. This gets her enticed and starting to jump a little. Then once I can tell that shes startin to feel it, I'll begin to roll my tongue and do firm licks along the clit. Depending on her body langauge sometimes to get her really going, I'll use my hands and spread her and do a lot of firm licks and just keep going with that.
It depends on your girl's preferences but I will also sometimes try to finger her as well as lick. It gives a crazy double sensation for her. You just have to keep trying multiple techniques to see what she enjoys the most. One other technique I use which most people would never think of is I actually go in horizontally instead of vertically, if you understand what I mean. This technique has proven to let cover a larger area of her then the typical veritcal licks.
