I'm sure it's just a matter of personal preference, but I would much rather stay in my wife rather than withdraw at the crucial moment. It makes the orgasm last longer. I don't get any satisfaction by shooting anywhere on her. it's just an inconveniont not very reliable form of birth control in my eyes.
