In my experience.. and it might be different for every woman.. but after the second time "a rest" is preferred as it can take alot out of a woman.
I generally take this time to lay beside her and 'cuddle' so she can enjoy the ongoing orgasm.. ths also gives her time to feel around your shoulders and back whilst in the embrace.
Oops.. tangent.. erm.. generally when the ecstasy has stopped and when shes no longer moaning.
