I have also sometimes out of nowhere gotten the "creeps" about my husband (boyfriend at the time) playing with my DD breasts because of the breastfeeding thing. I would freak out thinking what if I was breastfeeding my future children and all of the sudden I got turned on. I'm not sure where that thought came from. Your fiance is not a "freak" as you say or at least if she is I am a "freak" as well.
The up side to my story now though is that after breastfeeding 2 children I very much enjoy him playing with my breasts.
