Yes, I tend to agree with you there. For some reason, those sort of shots seem to have become standard practice in the adult movie industry, but I really don't know why. Personally, I find it a real turn-off, and I think it seems degrading to the women involved. Why on earth a guy would want to withdraw his penis at the crucial moment in order to ejaculate on the woman's face, I have no idea. Personally, withdrawal is the last thing I want to do at that stage of the act.
Its not quite the same as in real life. An excited penis is like a loaded weapon, and it can certainly 'go off' without warning. It might result in somebody copping an unexpected eyefull, but that can usually be laughed off.
