1. I don't think it's all that unusual a fantasy, even for a straight guy. The fact you block out all personality specifics of the other male is very telling. My guess is you probably wouldn't enjoy the real thing where that's not possible.
2. No. 90% of the time I don't (and neither does my partner). We just don't like the texture of it in our mouths. If I'm really worked up I might do it, and the concept is very hot, but I usually regret it after the fact.
But speaking in more general terms it's probably more often gay men do, percentage-wise.
