1. clip your fingernails
2. make sure your hands are clean, and I mean like washed not like you just finished playing with a box of puppies
3. talk to her, ask if it's good. if it's awkward than laugh with her. let her know what's going on or if you're confused.
4. ask her to do it with you, guide your hand or place her hand on top of yours, she'll pry push when she wants pressure and stroke your hand when she wants stroked.
