You're right about the public perception of gays and anal sex, but in actuality it's not the #1 activity (oral probably is). For me, I love anal . . . mostly receiving but also giving. My partner is lukewarm about it . . . . he'll "top" most of the time but isn't wild about "bottoming". And yes, there's definitely lots of guys who don't like anal sex either way. There are plenty of alternatives - oral, mutual masturbation, "frot". With any sexual partner I've been with I've never had problems finding a way to have fun, whether they like anal or not. 
Oh, and face to face . . . there's the over the shoulder anal position that allows you to be face-to-face (or close enough!) and handjobs, frot, ect. Actually, we end up in this position more often than not. |
Yeah, there does seem to be a stigma about gay guys all liking anal. It seems kind of like some of the others like all gay guys liking thongs, etc. I'm sure there are plenty of gay guys that wear boxers and find thongs just silly.
Interesting that some think oral is more common.
