When I was a child I was taught that sex and touching yourself for pleasure was sinful and wrong. It really set me back in my sexual development (mentaly/emotionaly) I had to overcome a lot of religious programing in order to be able to even attempt experimenting with sex. It's never too late to learn and enjoy the wonders of your own body. I'm lucky enough to have a wonderful mentor who's well seasoned in the art of physical pleasure.
