Something that will probably also help is to use different muscles from time to time. Kinda the same manner with mixing when your cooking (I work in a resaraunt so I may make a few references) sometimes when your arm gets tired from moving back and forth try using your wrist to make the same motions. you wont lose the rythm or at least not to much and it will give your other primary muscles a chance to gather a bit more strength.
