I guess porn producers research these things... but when I've discussed this issue with friends of both genders the typical conclusion is a mixture of surprise and irritation that the majority of modern "porno cum-shots" involve the guy(s) masturbating onto the gals face or into her mouth. NONE of my male friends think the "face shot" is any more arousing than ass or belly shots. I never took notes or kept any kind of score, but from memory my friends expressed a slight preference for cum-on-tits scenes.
As if the porn producers' apparrant obsession with facials weren't enough we're also surprised that - again overwhelmingly - these scenes conclude with the guys jerking themselves off while the gals just passively wait to get "splashed". Of course, many gals like to watch us masturbate but they also like to jerk us to conclusion too.... something that seems to be rarely reflected in the porn movies.
Personally, I would not cum on a girl's face though choice.. only if she requested it. It's not that it grosses me out or anything... it's just not near the top of my "sexy things to do" list. I like to see my partners' eyes and, quite wisely, they tend to squeeze them shut if they're about to get a faceful of ejaculate. The female face just isn't as attractive when it's squinting.
