Here's some info you might like...

Hey! I just want to let you know that you're not going to get away from the pain of having sex the first time. When I lost my virginity, I had been fingered for at least two years before hand and I used tampons and I masturbated. But it still hurt the first, second, and third times that I had sex. There's no way around it because you're stretching muscles that you haven't used before. But over time, it will get better. But to make it easier, the more foreplay, the better. Have him finger you...have him perform oral sex on you. The wetter you are, the better. So once you are ready to have sex, have him use a lubricated condom and then get some KY jelly (I prefer the warming jelly). Use the KY jelly on the outside of your vagina, while he has the lubricated condom to help.

Remember, the more nervous you are, the more likely you are to hurt during sex. Just relax, and you'll find that it might not hurt as much as it did before.

You can also do Kegal exercises. These will strengthen your vaginal muscles. I'm not sure if you've ever heard of them or not...but the next time that you're going pee, try stopping the flow of urine. Once you get this down, try doing the same action throughout your day. I try and do these as much as I can. They not only strengthen your muscles, you also can affect how strong your orgasms are. The stronger your muscles, the stronger the orgasm...

I hope all this information helps you! Have fun and stay safe!
