No shame in being wet at all!!! In fact, I'd have to say that the general reaction here has been the same in my own experience -- when a guy finds he's made you extremely wet, it gets him very excited because he knows you're ready for him... total ego boost.
Furthermore, I definitely come a lot during and such (something of a "squirter" for lack of a better term) and it always gets huge rave reviews -- guys get a sense of accomplishment.
