make sure you comfortable for one maybe don't have like lots of light but just enough for him to get the idea and also shut your eyes and just focus on you for once believe me he will thank you when you accomplish it. I am a shy person too may not sound like it but i have only had 2 partners the second being my husband and he has a very open sex drive so I think it makes it easier for me knowing he isn't sitting there going gross or why did you do that?? You know. Just again make sure your comfortable and you know what you like so maybe he will learn something new.
