I agree with tease.... we all feel for your adolescent angst, however the ways you think and speak about women need a major adjustment. Just because a girl doesnt immediately jump into your arms when you ask her out doesnt mean she is a bitch and I hate to drag out this old addage but "beggars can't be choosers." You are desperate to go out with someone, you only like the cheerleaders, the cheerleaders dont like you.... call me crazy but somthings gotta give. You say that girls hate you, maybe its because, as you say, you're shallow. Girls see that your only interested in looks and think you're an ass? I dont know... somthing to think about. And you know? And second, you need to stop putting yourself down. When you put yourself down, people can sense that and that's what more or less wards them away. Contrary to how it may seem to you, you are NOT the only 15 year old that "hasn't had one girlfriend or done anything with a girl." You have plenty of time.
So, you are 15 and your body is still growing. Your penis may get bigger and it may not. Whatever. MUCH more important than penis size is being a considerate partner. Trust me, if you learn to be a caring lover then the last thing anyone will worry about is your size. I've had lovers around your current size that were FANTASTIC... conversely, I've had guys that were huge that really needed to read the owner's manual.
You say "girls hate me"... I think maybe what is happening is you are radiating desperation. You need to relax. Make some female friends. My personal opinion is that the best thing a straight guy can have is female friends. Let them teach you what a woman likes. Listen to them and learn.
Shallow? Well, everyone has certain preferences. Someone you may find attractive, someone else won't. As long as you aren't obnoxious about it, I wouldn't worry too much.
Finally, masturbation is a highly individual thing. You are not the first to masturbate using a pillow and you won't be the last. It's not "weird". The is no harm in masturbation. You can't "wear it out". If you do it too much, the most you'll do is make yourself sore. And that's usually a self-correcting problem (ie: if it's sore you won't masturbate as much...lol).
