Your suggestion is a good one, and, we have a built-in sixty second limit, already. I do not believe your idea will work because those people who post the same question on multiple forums of the board will probably do so anyway, believing incorrectly that the more times they post the more apt people will run across a copy of their questions. What they fail to understand is that most of us do a NEW POST search whenever we log on the the board. Doing this brings up all new messages since last on.

What irritates most of us long time contributors is the fact that people ask questions that have just been asked often many many times over and as receintly as that day! As exasperating are those questions are for which the person could get nearly instantaneous information instead of posting and waiting sometimes hours for one of us to reply yet again, spending (additional) amounts of our time, s/he could often get answers quickly by just doing a simple or advanced search of this board, and/or the internet.
