K-Y is as pure as anything available and would be recommended. K-Y Plus contains spermicide which add adds valuable protection but could conceivably cause stinging, if, in fact the hymen is still there and not loose enough.
The two old standards, both water based, are K-Y and Surgilube. Stick with them.
