OK I read this in a magazine and it works very well.

Picture a guy's torso and his thighs. Think of his upper thighs with the number 1 on both of them. Now picture the area the area just above and inside his hipbones with the number 2 on both sides. Now picture the area right around where his pubic hair starts with the number 3 on it. When you connect the numbers individually on both sides (starting at 1 on the right side, going up to two on the right side, and ending at three. Repeat on the left side) It should make an M shape.

Start massaging at 1 on both sides. Start with his outer upper thighs. Massage with your fingers and palms very firmly, this muscle is usually the strongest muscle in a man's body. Move to the inner thighs, and get a little more gentle. After that, move to the number 2 on both sides, right above and inside the hip bones. Go REALLY light in this area. It is recommended to alternate betweeen light stroking with the fingers and swirls with your tongue. Then it gets to the number 3, right above where his pubic hair starts. Go very light in this area too, but don't spend too much time here before you get to the blowjob.
