Question Compromise...
Hmmm... This may not be a workable solution, but I'd sure be willing to try it if it were me.

Any chance of keeping the 69 position, but not fully participating simultaneously? For example, while he's enjoying your sweetness, you can just gently rub his legs, butt, maybe do a little non-genital kissing, sucking, nibbling, etc. Then, he would do the same for you while you give him the delicious blow job you described! Kinda crazy, I guess, but if I were him, I'd hate to miss out!! And I'd hate for you to miss doing something you enjoy!
