I've heard plenty about boys having wet dreams and such... but is it normal for girls to have orgasms in their sleep? I've noticed from time to time that if I ignore my urges for a day or two, I'll start to have very sexual dreams, masturbating in my sleep- and I've even gotten to the point of having an orgasm from arousing thoughts alone.
