You should look at this just like anyother part of your body. Just clean it before going into anal play. Sit on the bidet, clean as you normally would do on the outside. Then, spread soap on a finger (I prefer a soft liquid soap here) and press gently on the anus. Due to the soap your finger will suddenly be sucked inside. Just go inside as much as you can cleaning it all and finally do it again now with water running all around to get the soap out. That's all there is to it. Really.
