Some facts that are available around the board:

Nature makes orgasms easy for men because their orgasm is required to keep the species going. Nature does not care about our orgasms because we get just as pregnant whether or not we have an orgasm. Therefore, orgasms are rather natural and easy for men but we women need to learn - usually by ourselves initially.

One-quarter of all women NEVER have orgasms. They probably can but give up rather than continuing to try to learn.

One-half of us are orgasmic but not from penile thrusting - we need additional stimulation oral, manual, whatever.

The book Our Bodies Our Selves is a great primer on how our bodies work. That understanding is helpful rather than just rubbing away. The book Joy of Sex has techniques that may be helpful and enough ideas to keep you going your whole life!

Women tend to masturbate differently from one another. Some always have some penetration; some, never. Some use two fingers; some, three; some, one. Some only with a vibrator. I find surface vibrators ok some of the time but I dislike those you insert. If you cannot figure it out, imagine a man trying to figure it out when he is not similarly equipped.
