Relax. I recommend to mothers that they take their sons to one of the male doctors. That said, your situation is very common. I even had one young man ejaculate into my hand and he was mortified. The doctor has had it all happen before and is aware that 14yo men get off and get up easily - especially with a woman grabbing them.
From a young girl's perspective, I had my first gyn exam by a male doctor. He had me in the stirrups and spread to the world. I wanted to die. A few months later, something was worng and I had to see him during my period. Double-die.
Teens are just coming to grasp with their sexuality and are embarassed by it. You will overcome!
